The "MA'AARIF-E~MATHNAVI is a commentary of a selection of chapters from the famous masterpiece of Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi (RA.) , entitled "MATHNAVI-E-RUM", which is composed of some 28 000 verses of poetry - the commentry of which was undertaken by Maulana Hakeem Muhammad Akhtar Saheb (D.B.).

This booklet is a continuation of a discourse on the subject of Divine Love, entitled Aashiq-e-Sawdiq. My respected and honourable Sheikh, Hazrat Maulana Yunus Patel Saheb (Daamat Barakaatuhum) had discussed this subject matter at his weekly programmes at the Musjid-e-Noor (Asherville) and at other venues : in Pietermaritzburg, Isipingo Hills, etc.

This booklet is a transcription of comprehensive duas taken from the tapes of Hazrat Maulana Yunus Patel Saheb’s (Mudda Zilluhu) programmes. …Its publication is due to correction of a du’aa which was printed by an anonymous person, as the du’aa of Hazrat Maulana.

This booklet is a compilation of nasihat (advice) taken from various discourses of Hazrat Maulana Yunus Patel Saheb (Mudda Zilluhu), which has been tremendously beneficial for many sincerely wanting to ‘kick’ their bad habits of smoking, drinking, drug-taking or gambling.

Since the same questions or problems are asked by different people, it will, Insha-Allah, benefit many more. This booklet contains 20 letters with its replies. Confidentiality has been upheld and no names and details are made known or published.

This book is the second compilation of Hazrat Maulana’s advice and brilliant and inspiring analogies, which are found to be very effective in the process of reformation. Reading through each exposition, one is amazed at the remarkable lessons derived; each one offering ‘food for thought’ and wonderful incentive and encouragement for those seeking the Pleasure of Allah Ta’ala. Most of this book was compiled in the year 1427 (2006), and was also edited by Hazrat Maulana (rahmatullahi alaihi).

This book is a revised edition of a compilation of advices that was prepared especially for a three day Youth Programme, hosted by Madrasatus Sawlehaat in Rajab 1431 / June 2010. Alhamdulillah, the first edition comprised of fifteen Malfuzaat, taken from the talks and lessons of Hazrat Maulana Yunus Patel Saheb (rahmatullah alayh) and was proof-read and edited by Hazrat Maulana. This second edition has been prepared with more of Hazrat Maulana's advices and includes standard prescriptions and guidelines towards giving up common weaknesses.

This book comprises of advices given by Hazrat Maulana Yunus Patel (rahmatullah alayh), relating to the Fitan which come with the name of Islam attached to them, or in the guise of Islam. The discussions highlight present-day Nikahs, Walimahs and other social events, which do not comply with the pure Islamic teachings.

Hazrat Maulana discussed the subject of Tafweez at length, since such a prescription is the need of our society, abounding with problems. Tafweez is resigning oneself to the decisions of Allah Ta’ala and accepting the goodness therein, whether apparent or not. It is indeed a beautiful concept to inculcate and develop within oneself. In adopting such resignation and submission to the decisions of the Decision-maker, Allah Ta’ala, one will experience tremendous peace and contentment.
